CloudPendulum: Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement


Terms of Service

  1. Acceptable Use: Users must refrain from issuing any commands - whether intentionally malicious or negligently careless - that could compromise the integrity, functionality, or security of the Cloud Pendulum server or its associated physical systems.
  2. Fair Usage: Users shall not disrupt or degrade the experience of other users by over-utilizing the hardware resources or engaging in any form of interference or misuse.
  3. Camera Feed Usage: The live camera feed provided from the assigned physical system is intended solely for observation of the experiment. Any unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of the feed is strictly prohibited.
  4. Data Retention and Responsibility: Users are responsible for promptly downloading any experimental data or video recordings they wish to retain immediately after a successful experiment. Continued access to such data is not guaranteed.
  5. Account and Data Deletion: Users found to be in violation of these Terms may have their access suspended or permanently revoked without prior notice. This may include deletion of their user accounts and any associated data.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the system. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of - or inability to use - the platform or its data.

Data Processing Agreement
